Felicia Hepburn
Felicia joined Fieldwork as part of the Schaumburg team in August 2021. Before becoming a project manager in July 2022, she gained valuable company experiences as a recruiter, profiler and supervisor. Her prior roles prepared her by giving her a deep understanding of the Fieldwork call center. It also prepared her to be a well-rounded, detail orientated project manager.
Born in Jamaica and raised in Long Island, New York, Felicia moved to Chicago to attend Loyola University Chicago. Felicia loves to travel! She has been to countries on 4 continents and working her way to the other 3.
