Lillian Gonzalez

With an extensive background in customer service, Lillian started her career with Fieldwork Chicago – Downtown as a client liaison. During her time at the facility, she enjoyed being able to connect with clients onsite to helping make their needs are met to help ensure a successful project. After two years, she transitioned to Fieldwork Network, where she spent over a decade in project management, eventually serving as Director of Field Management. Lillian now continues her career at Fieldwork, Inc. as the Contract Administrator, leveraging her deep industry experience to support client success through operational and contractual excellence.

Lillian was born and raised in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. She has lived here her entire life and loves every aspect of this city, continually exploring what this city has to offer. She graduated from DePaul University and holds a degree in Marketing. Her interests include visiting local museums, Chicago’s theater district, music festivals, and dining at local restaurants.
