Lillian Gonzalez

With an extensive background in customer service, Lillian started her career at Fieldwork Chicago – Downtown as a client liaison. During her time at the facility, she enjoyed being able to connect with clients onsite to helping make their needs are met to help ensure a successful project. After 2 years, she moved on to the Network where she worked in project management for over 10 years. She now continues to work at the Network to serve clients as Director of Field Management.

Lillian was born and raised in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. She has lived here her entire life and loves every aspect of this city, continually exploring what this city has to offer. She graduated from DePaul University and holds a degree in Marketing. She is an active member in her community, volunteering in various neighborhood organizations. Her interests include visiting local museums, Chicago’s theater district, music festivals, and dining at local restaurants.
