More About Kate:

What is a great question to warm up the focus group?
“How has your day been so far?” It’s a simple question but sets the tone for mutual understanding and kindness. It can also be beneficial because it allows the moderator to gain insight into the individual personalities and communication styles that will contribute to their session.

What’s your favorite part of the in-facility experience?
The best part of in-facility research is witnessing how all the carefully considered and meticulously monitored details, ranging from recruiting to meal planning and room setup, seamlessly merge to create an environment that is perfectly conducive to generating rich insights and facilitating valuable learning. It’s truly rewarding to see these elements come together harmoniously, knowing that we have helped set the stage for meaningful discoveries for our clients.
