Jared Smith

Jared joined the Denver team as a client services representative in September 2017. Shortly after he became the client services manager before becoming a project manager in March of 2022. He gained additional experience and insight wearing many hats including a recruiter, and kitchen client services as well as the office IT support. These roles prepared him to become a well-rounded project manager with an attention to detail to help the success of each project and comfort with multi-tasking.

Jared is a Denver native. He moved to Durango to get a taste of mountain life and further his education at Fort Lewis College where he graduated with a degree in Marketing. During the process, he picked up useful tactics to better his management, people and leadership skills.

In his free time, he enjoys, spending time with friends and family, watching sports or exploring Colorado.

What’s your favorite qualitative research methodology?
I think I would have a tie between in person groups and in person SAL/ethnos, you can’t beat that in person aspect of research.

What’s your favorite part of in-facility (or virtual) experience?
My favorite part of the in facility experience is seeing moderators interact with their respondents, and watching their reactions as respondents get truly invested in the research discussion.
