Scott Baker brings a proven track record of success across all aspects of the research process, from facility management to both quantitative and qualitative research design and implementation. As the newly appointed SVP of Strategic Partnerships and President of Fieldwork New York City, Scott is focused on driving the company’s growth through innovative strategies and forward-thinking leadership.

Throughout his career, Scott has consistently excelled at the intersection of B2C and B2B strategies, demonstrating exceptional skills in client relationship management, business development, and corporate brand stewardship. He has built and led high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and delivering results for Fortune 500 clients across industries such as Media, Technology, Financial and Healthcare.

In January 2024, Scott began serving as Chair of the Insights Association, where he continues to shape the market research industry through his board involvement. Known for his passion for innovation, mentorship, and diversity, Scott has established himself as a respected leader in the field.

After spending 25 years in California, Scott relocated to New York City and now resides in Manhattan with his husband and two miniature schnauzers. He is passionate about mentoring the next generation of professionals and advancing inclusion initiatives across the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida and has completed executive education programs at Loyola Marymount University and the Disney Institute.
