Melvin joined Fieldwork Minneapolis in 2007 and quickly became the team’s best recruiter. After his promotion to phone room supervisor in 2008, he spent the next 11 years working on over 3,000 projects before becoming a project manager in 2019.

Born in Colorado, Melvin lived in Oklahoma, Virginia, and even Germany before settling down in the Twin Cities with his Fieldwork family. When he’s not working, you can find Melvin cheering for the Denver Broncos, watching Seinfeld episodes, and looking for new sneakers.
