Lauren started in market research when she was sixteen years old working as a front desk receptionist.  She came to Fieldwork Dallas in 2001 and started her Fieldwork journey as an assistant phone room manager.  After two years she  advanced to Phone Room Manager and gained years of invaluable experience and recruiting knowledge.  In 2005 Lauren was promoted to Project Manager and has since progressed to Senior Project Director.

In her downtime, Lauren enjoys curling up on the couch reading a good book and playing card games with her daughter Alexa.  On the weekends you can find Lauren cooking with her husband Rob and entertaining friends and family.
