Karen Justice brings more than 25 years of project management experience to Fieldwork Phoenix, where her deep knowledge of recruitment, client service, and research operations makes her a valued partner for clients across industries. She began her Fieldwork journey in 1993 as a recruiter and quickly advanced through several roles, including managing the phone room, before finding her long-term home in project management.

Known for her transparency, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, Karen has built lasting relationships with clients by consistently delivering seamless project execution and high-quality results. She takes pride in creating effortless experiences – from proposal to final deliverable – and thrives on being a helpful, solutions-oriented resource every step of the way.

Outside of work, Karen finds joy and energy in quality time with her close-knit family. Whether she’s enjoying a quiet moment with her husband and their two dogs, Gus and Julius, or chasing laughter with her children and three spirited grandchildren, her days are filled with connection, fun, and love.

More About Karen:

What’s your favorite qualitative research methodology?
My favorite qualitative research methodology is focus groups. I love recruiting a great mix of the Phoenix population for our clients to speak with. Watching the group come out of the room with smiles and chatting is always such a pleasure!

What’s your favorite backroom snack?
My favorite back room snack is our warm fresh baked cookies.
