Emily Fulcher
Emily joined the Fieldwork Minneapolis team in the summer of 2024 as a Project Manager. Originally from Columbia, Missouri, Emily attended Beloit College in Wisconsin, where she earned a BA in Political Science and Critical Identity Studies. She appreciates the diverse and dynamic projects that Fieldwork manages.
Emily has always been drawn to understanding and harnessing community input. She began her professional career as a Community Engagement Specialist, working with social cooperative enterprises both in the Twin Cities and abroad in Greece. During this time, Emily excelled in building relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring that all community voices were heard and valued. This experience laid a strong foundation for understanding and addressing complex stakeholder needs, which she has seamlessly translated into her current role.
As a Market Research Project Manager, Emily leverages her background in community engagement to design and manage research projects that deliver actionable insights for clients. Her expertise in data collection and analysis, combined with her skills in stakeholder communication, enables her to provide research solutions that are both insightful and strategic. Emily’s approach is grounded in her commitment to understanding the diverse needs of target audiences, ensuring that market research projects are comprehensive and impactful.
Outside of Fieldwork, Emily enjoys biking around the various lakes in Minneapolis, skiing down any hill she can find, and reading the latest book she picked up from a used bookstore.”
