Courtney began working at Fieldwork as a recruiter in the spring of 2016 after studying Marketing at the University of Wisconsin–River Falls .  After years of hard work and dedication in the recruiting room, Courtney started working as a project manager in the fall of 2020, assisting in client services.  Courtney continues to grow in her new role as Fieldwork Minneapolis’ newest Project Manager.

Outside of her career, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Chester!  She loves spending weekends up at the cabin to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. She also enjoys cheering on the Minnesota Vikings and Timberwolves (during a good season).
