Successful research projects require near perfect coordination. Fieldwork now has 15 facilities. That’s a lot of tentacles. To keep all of our arms working together, our facility presidents meet several times a year to share insights and operating tips. Our project managers meet once a year to discuss best service practices. In that way, we can promise the kind of service in which the right tentacle always knows what the other 15 are doing.
