Cindy Brown Taylor is known for always putting the client first. She started with Fieldwork Phoenix in 2017 in Client Services, where she built a strong foundation in delivering thoughtful, high-quality support and helping projects run smoothly from the start. Her work is anchored in reliability, attention to detail, and genuine care for clients.

Her passion for creating an excellent experience naturally carried into her role as Project Manager, where she now guides projects from kickoff through completion. Along the way, she brings the same level of warmth, hospitality, and thoughtfulness that clients have come to know and trust. She stays one step ahead, communicates clearly, and ensures every detail is handled so clients can stay focused on the research.

A lifelong Arizona resident, Cindy lives in Ahwatukee with her husband, Mark, and their four sons. Outside of work, she is actively involved in women’s outreach and stays engaged in her community through marching band boosters.
