Cindi Reyes
Cindi joined the Fieldwork LA-Orange County team as a Project Manager in October of 2024. She brings a wealth of experience, having worked previously in every position at a market research facility. Her deep background in the industry allows her to understand and contribute to every facet of the job.
Born and raised in Long Beach, CA, Cindi married her high school sweetheart, Rick. They now live in Orange County, CA conveniently close to the Fieldwork office. Cindi is the proud mother of two adult children, Samantha and Brian. In 2024, Cindi and Rick were blessed with their first grandchild, a granddaughter named Rylee, who has brought immense joy to their family.
When she’s not spending time with Rylee, Cindi enjoys gardening, caring for her desert tortoise, Flower, and staying involved with their local high school football program, both during the season and off-season. Her blend of professional expertise and personal passions makes her a valuable member of the team and a well-rounded individual.

What’s your favorite part of in-facility experience?
My favorite part of the in-facility experience is, without a doubt, the opportunity to meet clients in person—especially those I’ve communicated with so frequently over email or phone. While it’s possible to get a sense of who someone is through LinkedIn or other digital channels, nothing compares to the connection that’s made when you can finally meet face-to-face. It’s an opportunity to put a face to the name and truly engage on a personal level, which helps build stronger relationships and enriches the overall experience for both sides. This personal interaction is something I really value and consider one of the most rewarding aspects of my job.
What’s your favorite backroom snack?
My favorite backroom snack is definitely popcorn. There’s something about the smell of freshly popped popcorn that sets the stage for a great session, almost like you’re gearing up for an exciting show at the movies. But instead of a theater screen, it’s the focus group that’s about to unfold—just as captivating and full of insights. Popcorn is the perfect snack to accompany the dynamic, real-time drama of market research, making it not just a treat but a part of the whole experience! Let the show begin!
