Bisma Zafar

Bisma started working at Fieldwork the summer before her senior year of high school dialing quant studies in 2013. She moved to qualitative recruiting a couple months later, and then continued to move around learning different roles in the call center over the next few years (including receptionist, assistant supervisor, and night shift supervisor) before becoming a project management intern in 2016. She joined the NRC Project Management team in 2017, and become a Senior Project Manager in 2022.

In her free time, she loves to travel all over the world, read prose fiction, see modernist plays in Chicago’s amazing theater scene, and go hiking on long weekends.

During my time at Fieldwork, I’ve tackled hundreds of projects, while building relationships within the Fieldwork family and in the market research industry. I am so grateful for these opportunities and look forward to many more!

What’s your favorite qualitative research methodology?
As a member of our online recruiting team, I am biased and I have to say my favorite qualitative research methodology is definitely online research. From the minute I receive a proposal, my mind is immediately going through previous studies I’ve done with similar targets and what our team did to achieve the best outcomes, and any lessons we may have learned along the way. When putting together proposals and throughout the projects, I feel proud to be able to share my expertise with clients and share tips and tricks for ensuring a successful recruit from start to finish.
