Alex Rivera
With a background in customer service, Alex joined the webwork team in July of 2021. She stared her Fieldwork career in the role of Project Support and quickly progressed into the role of Project Manager. She is excited to continue to grow with Fieldwork and learn all she can about the Market Research Industry.
Alex was born and raised on the Northside of Chicago. In her free time she loves spending time with her family and sweet dog, Lily. She enjoys exploring the city and discovering new restaurants!

What’s your favorite part of virtual research experience?
My favorite part of virtual experience is the walkthrough. It gives me the ability to see, speak, and connect with clients and moderators.
If you’re traveling to Fieldwork Chicago – Downtown, then you must visit The Riverwalk. It’s a nice walk with great views while grabbing a drink or something to eat.
