- The Guys that put this Fieldwork thing together
The founders of Fieldwork were principals in Creative and Response Research (C&R), a full service marketing research firm in Chicago which was (and is) one of the 20 largest research firms in the US. C&R’s most distinguishing feature derived from the fact that it evolved from a qualitative “boutique” and always considered qualitative inquiry to be a lynchpin in the iterative process of understanding consumer behavior. Indeed, the principals involved in designing Fieldwork are all seasoned moderators including Saul Ben-Zeev, a pioneer in focus group development, Stephen Turner, the current chairman and life-long moderator and Chris DeBrauw, another moderator with more than 30 years of continuous hands-on qualitative experience.
