Melissa Ha

Melissa joined the Fieldwork Network International team as a Senior Project Manager in 2016. Before joining the Fieldwork family, Melissa was a Project Director at a market research facility in Los Angeles. During her many years there, she acquired valuable project management skills and gained extensive market research experience, fulfilling various roles along the way.

Melissa graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University in Los Angeles, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She possesses excellent interpersonal skills and loves to form connections with others, providing exceptional attention and service to all clients and projects.

As a Southern California native, Melissa loves to spend time at the beach, soaking in the sun. She also enjoys discovering new culinary experiences in different cities, immersing herself in arts and crafts fairs, baking sweet treats, and spending time with her husband, son, and their 3 fur babies – 2 cats and a dog.

My favorite backroom snack would be warm chocolate chip cookies, because they bring a sense of calm and comfort.

The trolley is such a fun way to get to Laguna Beach, where you can indulge in a gelato and explore local boutiques or art galleries, take a stroll on the warm sand and enjoy the crashing waves, or dine at one of the many wonderful local eateries.
