- What you'll catch us doing on our days off

We know very well that qualitative research is a hectic business; that moderators and end-user clients have a lot more to worry about than our relatively small slice of the process. No one in our industry wants surprises. Accordingly, we strive hard to instill in Fieldwork what all brands require – sufficient uniformity to be predictable -- without violating the rule that local ownership provides greater responsiveness to the immediate needs of its customers.,

With this in mind, every constituent member of the Fieldwork family, facility presidents and corporate officers alike, agree to institute and abide by standards of operation that weave greater continuity into our operations:

All Fieldwork presidents meet for several days bi-annually to discuss common problems, institute common procedures and promote best practices. We always ask a few clients to join us for panel discussions during those meetings so that we might hear first hand what we might be doing better. (Want to join us as a panel member?)

We have a Fieldwork Advisor Council (FAC) comprised of several Fieldwork presidents and corporate partners that meets at least four times a year (in addition to the President’s Meetings), form committees for the improvement of specific issues (e.g. building and cleaning our databases, developing a common pricing structure, staying abreast of technology, etc.). The FAC makes recommendations at our bi-annual meetings which are adopted, amended or rejected by the Presidents at large.

We are in constant communication with each other regarding the trials, tribulations and triumphs of individual projects so that we might all learn from individual experiences. Seminal findings or resolutions get posted to Sharepoint, Fieldwork’s site for codifying our knowledge.
