Although Molly grew up in a market research household in Chicago, she started her career in education. After completing a Masters Degree in English at Drake University, Molly taught writing at Dakota State University in South Dakota, where she remained for six years. In 1999, she and her husband (See Ryker Lammers) moved to Seattle and began operation of Fieldwork Seattle.
Molly is a current member of the Fieldwork Advisory Committee as Advertising chair and is a member of the MRA and Puget Sound Research Forum. When she’s not hauling her kids around to various activities, you can find her on the tennis court.
